Providing adult day care with compassion and kindness
Merrimack Adult Day Health Center provides care and companionship for older adults who need assistance or supervision during the day.
Our program offers relief to family members and caregivers, allowing them to go to work, handle personal business, or just relax while knowing their loved one is well cared for and safe. The goals of the program are to delay those at risk of requiring nursing home care by providing alternative care, to enhance self-esteem, and to encourage socialization. Merrimack Adult Day Health Center provides social activities, meals, outings, transportation and health-related services. We pride ourselves on celebrating the cultures of the people we serve.
Community is important to the people we serve and to us. Our multi-lingual staff supports individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. We speak English, French and Spanish. We provide meals and activities that celebrate culture and offer a taste of home.
